Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or replacements can be arranged for products that have been damaged before dispatch or during transit. It is important that any delivery damage is reported to us as soon as possible upon receipt, together with photographic evidence where applicable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been damaged after delivery has been completed. Any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, weather-related events, or general wear and tear after delivery will not be covered under our returns policy.
